Medical astrology uses both the natal and the 12th divisional chart to analyze the inherent medical weaknesses of the client. In the dwadasamsa (12th divisional) chart Saturn is in the sign owned by the sun and they are arch enemies. according to Martin Schulman (author Karmic Astrology) a well known astrological author, if the nodes are in the 12th position to the Moon, then there will usually be some form of OCD. I myself have seen this in a number of my clients.
